The Overview

Stephan from Antcorp Projects contacted us chasing a fire alarm block plan & fire hydrant block plans for 121-125 Victoria Rd, Drummoyne.

Anthony advised that he had all the information required and wanted us to supply PDF copies for each block plan.

The Project

121 Victoria Rd, Drummoyne is a 6-storey residential building with 2 levels of basement underneath.

The Fire alarm system consists of 18 fire alarm zones including commercial on Level 1 & common areas throughout the residential portion.

The hydrant system incorporates 19 single head hydrants as well as a fire brigade booster & fire pump – therefore 2 block plans were required.

Stephan first called us in early November asking what information we required to produce his hydrant block plans. He soon sent through all the information required & we provided a quote and turn-around time.

Shortly after we commenced working on this we received an email with information for a fire alarm block plan for the same site.

A draft block plan for both services was completed within 5 business days & sent to Stephan for approval.

Project Summary
