Maureen from Dixon Kestles contacted us needing a fire alarm block plan for a property she manages at 2 Belsize Ave, Carnegie, Victoria. She advised us there was no floor plans or any information about the fire alarm system so a full investigation would be required.
2 Belsize Avenue is a 3-storey residential complex with 1 level of carpark. The fire alarm system consists of 4 detection zones & a monitored sprinkler alarm. The carpark is fully protected as well as each apartment having a thermal detector.

Maureen reached out to us advising she required a fire alarm block plan for the apartment building at 2 Belsize Ave.
We organised to pick up the keys & attend site to establish the required information to create the plan in accordance with AS1670.1.
Upon site inspection we found some plans that assisted with creating some floor plans & tested each detector to establish each fire alarm zone.
Back at the office we drafted up the block plan & sent a draft across for approval from Maureen before arranging a re-visit to install the newly created plan.
